Why this snapshot corresponds to the shipped binaries

The BtbN artifact name encodes `git describe` output:
"n8.1.3-18-g46d899d7a0" = tag n8.1.3 + 18 commits + commit g46d899d7a0.
Verified 2026-10-22:
  * Commit 46d899d7a02bc63237472cc4897258d5ddf274ac exists in
    FFmpeg/FFmpeg (2026-10-11, "avformat/mov: check ff_mov_read_chnl
    return value").
  * GitHub compare n8.1.3...46d899d7a0 reports status=ahead,
    ahead_by=18, behind_by=0 - exactly matching the describe string.
  * The snapshot's RELEASE file reads 8.1.3 and its libavformat/mov.c
    contains the tip-commit change (ff_mov_read_chnl return check,
    mov.c:1246).
  * BtbN's release autobuild-2026-10-16-13-04 publishes no source
    archive (49 binary assets + checksums only). BtbN build.sh clones
    https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg.git unmodified; the BtbN patches/
    tree covers only aom and aribb24, not FFmpeg. The unmodified
    upstream tree at this commit is therefore the complete
    corresponding source for those binaries.

The FFmpeg binaries distributed with FrameFinder are LGPL-2.1 builds;
see COPYING.LGPLv2.1 in this directory (also inside both archives) and
