FrameFinder distributes binaries of the FFmpeg libraries within the
FrameFinder desktop application. Those FFmpeg binaries are licensed to you
under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 2.1 ("LGPL-2.1"); a
copy of the license text is included in the application
(COPYING.LGPLv2.1) and is also published alongside this offer.

Pursuant to Section 3(b) of LGPL-2.1, this document constitutes a written
offer, valid for three (3) years from the publication date of each binary
release of FrameFinder that contains FFmpeg, to give any third party, for
a charge no more than our cost of physically performing source
distribution, a complete machine-readable copy of the corresponding
source code for the FFmpeg binaries distributed with that release.

As permitted by LGPL-2.1, the corresponding source code is also made
available for download at no charge from this directory:

        The exact upstream FFmpeg 8.1.2 release tarball from
        https://ffmpeg.org/releases/ffmpeg-8.1.2.tar.xz.
        This is the source compiled to produce the FFmpeg binaries
        shipped in the macOS builds of FrameFinder
        (see FrameFinder-Client/scripts/build-ffmpeg-lgpl.sh,
        FFMPEG_VERSION="8.1.2").

    ffmpeg-n8.1.3-18-g46d899d7a0-source.tar.gz
        A complete snapshot of the upstream FFmpeg source tree at git
        commit 46d899d7a02bc63237472cc4897258d5ddf274ac
        (the n8.1.3 maintenance tag + 18 commits, release/8.1 branch).
        This is the source corresponding to the FFmpeg binaries shipped
        in the Windows and Linux builds of FrameFinder, which are the
        BtbN "FFmpeg-Builds" autobuild artifacts
        ffmpeg-n8.1.3-18-g46d899d7a0-win64-lgpl-8.1.zip and
        ffmpeg-n8.1.3-18-g46d899d7a0-linux64-lgpl-8.1.tar.xz from
        release tag autobuild-2026-10-16-13-04
        (see FrameFinder-Client/scripts/fetch-ffmpeg.cjs).
        BtbN builds FFmpeg from the unmodified upstream repository
        https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg.git and applies no patches to
        FFmpeg itself, so this upstream tree is the complete
        corresponding source. See SOURCES-README.txt for provenance
        verification and checksums.

    COPYING.LGPLv2.1
        The license text under which the distributed FFmpeg binaries are
        licensed (identical copies are contained in both source archives
        above and inside the distributed application).

    SOURCES-README.txt
        Provenance detail, correspondence verification, and sha256
        checksums for the files in this directory.
